This position is located with the Georgia Center for Workforce and Economic Resilience and works with state agencies, local governments, development authorities, regional commissions, and other similar organizations to provide applied research and technical assistance focused on economic development and related topics. The main role of this economic development position is to develop and lead technical assistance and applied research projects for state and local government partners. E-Mobility Engagement Lead
This position is a leadership position within the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and part of UGA’s overall E-mobility Initiative. This would be great opportunity for the right person to come in and build a team and program around ways that CVIOG and UGA can continue to assist the state and local communities on all things e-mobility (e.g., economic development, workforce development, community development, infrastructure, etc.).
